The Scott E. Caplan
Entrepreneurial Endowment

Scott Caplan died tragically in a car crash in January of 2006 at the age of 19. Scott was a Howard County resident and a full time student at Howard Community College; his life-long dream was to be the owner of his own business. Scott's family created this endowment to assist students who have the same entrepreneurial spirit that Scott demonstrated; students who are building a business through the Center for Entrepreneurial and Business Excellence at Howard Community College or perhaps who have already started their own business.  Click Here to Learn More >>
